Arcadia has a solid sales and marketing background which holds enormous value across her and Paul's businesses. She also has been an avid investor since the age of 18 and really understands the importance of planning and investing for the long term. Her motto is to set your goals high, dream big and live a rewarding and fulfilling life.

Known as "Cadie" around the team and her friends, she consistently arrives at the office with a burst of good energy and fun, she loves assisting and spreading her generosity across wherever is needed.
